Wentzville Police Blotter: Three drug overdoses reported in one week

The following reports for June 22 – 28, 2018 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the Wentzville Police Department. The word “arrest” is used in the Wentzville PD’s database to refer both to actual arrests and to the issuance of a summons. Neither is an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.

Friday, June 22

  • Domestic violence was reported on Hickory Trail at 2:03 a.m.
  • A 42-year-old male was arrested as a fugitive, and for resisting arrest, at 11:13 a.m. in the 700 block of Linda Lane.
  • A runaway/missing person was reported in the 1000 block of Glengarry Drive at 10:21 p.m.

Saturday, June 23

  • A DWI was reported on Wentzville Bluffs Drive at 1:09 a.m.
  • A 32-year-old male was arrested for DWI-alcohol and speeding in a construction zone at 1:27 a.m. on Peine Road at Majestic Oak Drive.
  • A sex offense was reported in the 1400 block of Valley View Circle at 11:34 a.m.

Sunday, June 24

  • A 21-year-old male was arrested for DWI-alcohol, disobeying a no turn sign, and failure to drive in a single lane at 1 a.m. on Interstate 70.
  • A 21-year-old male was arrested for DWI-alcohol, careless and imprudent driving, improper lane usage, improper turn, no insurance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 1:14 a.m. on Bridgeton Drive at Interstate Drive.
  • After a report of a disturbance/fight at 2:34 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Pearce, three 19-year-old males and a 20-year-old male were arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
  • After a pedestrian check at 9:37 a.m. in the 1400 block of Plaza Place, a 62-year-old male was arrested as a fugitive out of St. Charles County Department of Corrections.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of John Charles Drive at 10:05 a.m.
  • A 28-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting, resisting arrest, and as a fugitive out of St. Louis County at Mobil on the Run on Wentzville Parkway at 12:55 p.m.
  • A 29-year-old male was arrested for following too closely, failure to register vehicle, and no valid drivers license after an accident on Interstate 70 at 5:39 p.m.
  • A sex offense was reported in the 1100 block of Peine Road at 8:10 p.m.
  • A 19-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor at 10:24 p.m. on Kelcross Drive.
  • Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Bridle Ridge Court at 10:27 p.m.
  • A drug overdose was reported in the 1400 block of East Pitman at 10:27 p.m.

Monday, June 25

  • A drug overdose was reported in the 200 block of Hartford Glen Court at 4:58 a.m.
  • An assault was reported on Great Oaks Boulevard at 10:19 a.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 1900 block of Wentzville Parkway at 12:06 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 15,100 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway at 1:20 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported on Hickory Trail Court at 1:48 p.m.
  • Fraud was reported in the 200 block of Pecan Bluffs Drive at 1:59 p.m.
  • After an auto accident on Highway 61 at Wentzville Parkway at 2:13 p.m., a 29-year-old male was arrested for leaving the scene.
  • Fraud was reported on Hickory Trail at 2:59 p.m.
  • Fraud was reported in the 4600 block of Darkwoods Drive at 7:36 p.m.
  • A 21-year-old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, giving false information, and as a fugitive out of St. Charles County at 8:26 p.m. in the 1400 block of Corporate Parkway.
  • Property damage was reported at the Stonemoor pool at 11:12 p.m.

Tuesday, June 26

  • A 24-year-old male was arrested for a derelict vehicle/abandoned vehicle at 10:32 a.m. on East Pearce at Linn Avenue.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Linda Lane at 4 p.m.
  • An animal bite was reported in the 300 block of Stone Run Boulevard at 7:12 p.m.

Wednesday, June 27

  • A drug overdose was reported in the 100 block of Linda Lane at 6:39 a.m.
  • Fraud was reported in the 1200 block of Wentzville Parkway at 10:35 a.m.
  • An accidental injury was reported on Love Park Lane at 1:31 p.m.
  • A derelict vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Lincoln Street at 2:25 p.m.
  • A 34-year-old male was arrested for a business license violation at 4:07 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Pearce.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1900 block of Wentzville Parkway at 6:21 p.m.
  • A 36-year-old female was arrested for no insurance and improper backing, and a 25-year-old female was arrested for no insurance after an auto accident in the 700 block of West Pearce at 6:24 p.m.
  • An animal bite was reported in the 800 block of Mule CreekDrive at 9:08 p.m.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Burnt Oak Court at 9:48 p.m.

Thursday, June 28

  • A sudden death was reported on Mar Le Drive at 7:26 a.m.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of South Walnut Avenue at 10:27 a.m.
