Wentzville Police Blotter: Speeding in construction zone, failure to control animal

The following reports for July 13 – 19, 2018 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the Wentzville Police Department. The word “arrest” is used in the Wentzville PD’s database to refer both to actual arrests and to the issuance of a summons. Neither is an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.

Friday, July 13

  • An animal bite was reported in the 1100 block of West Pearce at 10:45 a.m.
  • A 40-year-old female was arrested for third degree domestic assault at 11:16 p.m. in the 600 block of Tobermory Court.

Saturday, July 14

  • A 42-year-old male was arrested for DWI-alcohol and improper turn at 1:22 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Pearce.
  • A 40-year-old male was arrested for failure to obey a lawful police command and as a fugitive out of St. Charles City and St. Charles County Department of Corrections at 4:05 a.m. in the 1300 block of Meadow Ridge Drive.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 1800 block of Marie Peine Court at 11:03 a.m.
  • Fraud was reported in the 500 block of Great Oaks Meadow Drive at 2:58 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1500 block of East Route A at 4:07 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 700 block of Rabbit Run Drive at 7:43 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1900 block of Wentzville Parkway at 8:46 p.m.
  • A 21-year-old male was arrested for a headlamps violation and as a fugitive out of Lincoln County at 10:01 p.m. in the 700 block of West Pearce.

Sunday, July 15

  • Stealing was reported in the 1300 block of South Point Prairie Road at 2 p.m., 2:03 p.m., and 2:11 p.m.
  • Harassment was reported in the 100 block of Katie Lynn Court at 8:36 p.m.

Monday, July 16

  • Domestic violence was reported in the 1200 block of Meadow Ridge Drive at 2:27 a.m.
  • A 26-year-old male was arrested for speeding in a construction zone and as a fugitive out of Vinita Park at 7:19 a.m. on Highway 61 at Peine Road.
  • A 35-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault at 8:16 p.m. in the 1000 block of Chesterfield Drive.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 7000 block of Whisper Creek Drive at 10:43 p.m.

Tuesday, July 17

  • A runaway/missing person was reported in the 3800 block of Bedford Pointe Drive at 1:34 p.m.
  • Fraud was reported in the 600 block of Big Bend Drive at 2:29 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 7000 block of Whisper Creek Drive at 2:45 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported on Juno Court at 5:31 p.m.
  • A 23-year-old female and a 23-year-old male were arrested for stealing on Lehmuth Drive at 8:22 p.m.

Wednesday, July 18

  • An 18-year-old male was arrested for driving while suspended, no license plate, operating vehicle while registration suspended, and possession of marijuana at 8:29 a.m. on Jockeys Run at Granville Drive.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Linda Lane at 11:28 a.m.
  • A 53-year-old female was arrested for driving while revoked at 12:41 p.m. on Interstate 64 at Prospect Road.
  • A 22-year-old male was arrested for no valid motorcycle license and improper lane usage at 1:57 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Pearce.
  • An accidental injury was reported at Progress Park at 2:30 p.m.
  • A 34-year-old male was arrested for failure to register vehicle, no insurance, failure to appear/contempt of court, and as a fugitive out of St. Charles County Department of Corrections at 3:08 p.m. on Highway 61 at Grothe Road.
  • Stealing was reported at Sam’s Club at 3:11 p.m.
  • An offense against family was reported on Fox Creek Drive at 3:42 p.m.
  • A 30-year-old female was arrested for driving while suspended and failure to register vehicle at 3:43 p.m. on Big Bend Drive at Grand Canyon Drive.
  • A 42-year-old male was arrested for failure to control animal, and property damage at 8:36 p.m. in the 1400 block of Vero Drive.

Thursday, July 19

  • A 32-year-old male was arrested for failure to properly affix license plate, no insurance, and as a fugitive out of O’Fallon at 9:01 a.m. on Meyer Road at Brian Court.
  • A 38-year-old male was arrested for speeding, no insurance, possession of marijuana, and as a fugitive out of Calverton Park at 9:56 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Route A.
  • Stealing was reported in the 100 block of Enterprise Drive at 10:41 a.m.
  • A 48-year-old male was arrested for failure to affix license plate, failure to register vehicle, no insurance, and as a fugitive out of Franklin County and Pacific at 10:47 a.m. on Interstate 70.
  • Stealing was reported in the 600 block of Spring Meadow Drive at 2:08 p.m.
  • An 18-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart at 3:08 p.m.
  • A 25-year-old female was arrested for speeding in a construction zone, no insurance, and driving while revoked at 3:26 p.m. on Champions Lane at Granville Drive.
  • A 28-year-old male was arrested for DWI-alcohol, failure to register vehicle, and driving while suspended at 6:17 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Pearce.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 15,100 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway at 6:45 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 700 block of Blumhoff Road at 8:55 p.m.
