Wentzville Police Blotter: 6 Subjects Arrested for Fighting in Public

The following reports for April 8 – 14 , 2016 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the Wentzville Police Department. The word “arrest” is used in the Wentzville PD’s database to refer both to actual arrests and to the issuance of a summons. Neither is an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.


Sunday, April 8

  • A male subject was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and disobeying a no U-turn sign at 12:16 a.m. on Interstate 70.
  • A male subject was arrested for DWI, speeding and failure to drive in a single lane at 1;04 a.m. on Highway 61 at Timber Trace Drive.
  • A female subject was arrested for DWI, failure to drive in a single lane and intent to sell/deliver/manufacture drug paraphernalia at 2:05 a.m. on Interstate 70.
  • Property damage was reported on Wentzville Bluffs Drive at 11:45 a.m.
  • A 20-year-old male was arrested for speeding, no insurance and no valid drivers license at 12:50 p.m. on Interstate 70.
  • Fraud was reported on Miranda Court at 1:29 p.m.
  • Property damage was reported in the 1800 block of Wentzville Parkway at 2:23 p.m.
  • A male subject was arrested for felony driving while revoked or suspended, failure to register vehicle and possession of marijuana at 7:20 p.m. on Highway 61 at Timber Trace Drive.
  • Drug violations were reported in the 2000 block of Great Oaks Boulevard at 9:42 p.m.

Monday, April 9

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Autumn Trace Parkway at 12:13 a.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported on Stone Post Lane at 3:45 a.m.
  • A 24-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 1:46 p.m. in the 1200 block of Continental Drive.
  • Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Ramblewood Way at 10:43 p.m.

Tuesday, April 10

  • A 42-year-old female, a 35-year-old female, a 32-year-old female, a 26-year-old female, a 24-year-old female, and a 40-year-old male were arrested for fighting in public at 1:12 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Pearce Boulevard.
  • A 17-year-old female was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and an 18-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana at 1:49 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Pearce Boulevard.
  • Stealing was reported on Helena Court at 8:14 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported on Pashia Court at 10:02 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 100 block of Brookshire Creek Drive at 11:29 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 700 block of Julia Elizabeth Drive at 11:37 a.m.
  • After an auto accident on Interstate 70 at 11:53 a.m., a female subject was arrested for driving while revoked and no insurance.
  • A 37-year-old female was arrested for DWI, failure to drive in a single lane, driving while revoked, and failure to appear/contempt of court at 8:47 p.m. on Highway 61 at Peine Road.
  • A 36-year-old female was arrested for driving while revoked at 9:25 p.m. on Highway 61.
  • A 24-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:38 p.m. on Tiger Drive.
  • A male subject was arrested for felony unlawful use of a weapon, failure to signal, no insurance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 11:52 p.m. on North Talley Street at Northview Avenue.

Wednesday, April 11

  • A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Crosswinds Court at 7:22 a.m.
  • A hazard was reported on Interstate 70 at Highway 61 North at 9:04 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported on Henderson Drive at 10:46 a.m.
  • A 25-year-old male was arrested for property damage over $750 and trespassing at 6:23 p.m. in the 400 block of Wood Hollow Drive.
  • Four 19-year-old males and an 18-year-old male were arrested for minor in possession/purchase of alcohol at 11:57 pm. in the 200 block of New Richmond Drive.

Thursday, April 12

  • Fraud was reported in he 400 block of Crystal Trail Drive at 11:51 a.m.
  • A male subject was arrested for driving while suspended, no license plates, no insurance, and as a fugitive out of Winfield at 12:23 p.m. on Interstate 64 at Interstate 70.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 600 block of Wall Street at 12:54 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 200 block of Preserve Park Place at 2:32 p.m.
  • A 21-year-old male was arrested for driving while revoked and no insurance at 3:24 p.m. in the 1400 block of Hepperman Road.
  • A male subject was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no license plate lamp at 7:48 p.m. on Interstate 64 at Prospect Road.
  • Three 27-year-old males and a 19-year old male were arrested for private peace disturbance, and a 22-year-old male was arrested for private peace disturbance and failure to appear/contempt of court at 10:11 p.m. in the 700 block of Hunter Chaise Drive.

Friday, April 13

  • A juvenile problem was reported in the 600 block of Carr Street at 9:27 a.m.
  • An animal bite was reported on Sun Brook Court at 11:21 a.m.
  • A 29-year-old male was arrested for driving while suspended and failure to obey a traffic control device at 1;04 p.m. on Wentzville Parkway at First Financial Drive.
  • Stealing was reported at 1:24 p.m. on East Route A at Josephville Road.
  • Fraud was reported in the 300 block of Luetkenhaus Boulevard at 3:07 p.m.
  • An 18-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting and embezzlement less than $100 at Rural King at 3:43 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported on Wakefield Valley Court at 4:35 p.m.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Shadow Glen Lane at 4:53 p.m.
  • A 911 call/hangup was reported in the 2500 block of Autumn Fields Lane at 5 p.m.
  • A disturbance/fight was reported in the 600 block of Wall Street at 5:09 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 5200 block of Peine Lakes Drive at 6:45 p.m.
  • A 25-year-old female was arrested for hindering prosecution and a male subject was arrested for stealing, failure to obey a lawful police command, and fraudulent attempt to gain credit, goods, or services at 8:12 p.m. in the 1200 block of Evergreen Court.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 300 block of Bears Den Drive at 9 p.m.
  • A peace disturbance was reported on Juno Drive at 9:05 p.m.
  • A 30-year-old male was arrested for possession of an imitation controlled substance, intentionally inhaling solvent fumes, and as a fugitive out of St. Peters at 9:50 p.m. in the 1900 block of Wentzville Parkway.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Lewis Street at 11:48 p.m.

Saturday, April 14

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of East Pitman Avenue at 3:53 a.m.
  • An assault was reported on Bridlespur Drive at Wentzville Parkway at 4:19 a.m.
  • A runaway/missing person was reported in the 400 block of Campus Drive at 9:23 a.m.
  • A 32-year-old male was arrested for an improper turn, no valid drivers license, and as a fugitive out of St. Charles County Department of Corrections at 8:46 p.m. on Interstate 70.
  • A 23-year-old male was arrested for driving while revoked at 10:30 p.m. on Highway Z at Interstate 70.
