Juan Montejo Pascual

A 34-year-old illegal immigrant who lives in Wentzville was charged last month with molesting an 11-year-old relative.

According to court documents, Pascual, who lives with the victim’s family, told police that his young cousin was in love with him. He did not have any official identification documents, and fingerprints returned a different spelling of his name and a different birthday than what he provided to police.

Bond was set at $100,000, cash only, 10 percent not authorized, and he was ordered to have no contact with any child under the age of 17.
