Wentzville issues snow emergency for March 2 – 4

Following a forecast for heavy snow, A SNOW EMERGENCY has been issued by Wentzville Mayor Guccione effective beginning Saturday, March 2 at noon through Monday, March 4 at 6 a.m. Residents are reminded that PARKING ON CITY STREETS IS PROHIBITED DURING A SNOW EMERGENCY.

City crews have already begun pre-treating City streets. Snow removal crews will continue clearing operations throughout the storm and after to open travel lanes on City streets. City streets will be plowed as efficiently as possible to serve our residents with an emphasis on keeping primary routes passable. It is recommended that residents refrain from unnecessary travel as much as possible during this time. To report City street snow concerns, residents may email or visit

Residents are reminded that some roadways within Wentzville city limits are cleared by MoDOT or St. Charles County, rather than the City of Wentzville. These roads include: Interstate 70 and I-70 outer roads, Highway 40/61 and Highway 65, lettered routes including A, Z and N, as well as Wilmer Road and Hepperman Road.
