Wentzville Board of Aldermen September 27 Agenda: Final Approval for ‘The Junction’ and Sugarfire

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will meet on Wednesday, September 27 2017 at Wentzville City Hall. On the agenda for the meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public:

  • Final passage of the voluntary annexation of property at 1254 Hepperman Road
  • Final passage of the record plat for Pinewoods Estates Plat One, and site plan approval for the same development
  • Final passage of a text amendment about centralized mail box units
  • Final passage of a rezoning of 13.93 acres at 600 West Main Street, and a final development plan and record plat for The Junction; also a conditional use permit and site plan for Sugarfire Smokehouse in that development

  • Final passage of the acceptance of improvements at Hampton Inn
  • Final passage of a right of way vacation on Pinewood Trails Drive
  • Final passage of an easement vacation in Boulder Ridge Plat One
  • Final passage of an ordinance regulating drones
  • Final passage of 2017 property tax rate
  • First reading of amendments to city code about penalties for violations
  • Public works/engineering project management reorganization
  • Street and fleet division wage adjustment

  • Second access for Woodlands at Bear Creek
  • Street lights for Fairview Farms
