Wentzville Board of Aldermen September 13 Agenda: New Downtown Development, 2017 Tax Rate

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will meet on Wednesday, September 13 2017 at Wentzville City Hall. On the agenda for the meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public:

  • Teen C.E.R.T. presentation
  • Final approval of a name change for Peine Loop Road (the section from Peine to Granville) to Granville Drive
  • Final approval of the voluntary annexation of 3.22 acres at 1015 Meyer Road (west side of Meyer Road, south of Wentzville Parkway)
  • First reading of the voluntary annexation of property at 1254 Hepperman Road
  • First reading of the record plat for Pinewoods Estates Plat One, and site plan approval for the same development
  • Public hearing and first reading for a text amendment about centralized mail box units
  • Public hearing and resolution for a conditional use permit for a mobile food vendor at Serco
  • Public hearing and first reading of a rezoning of 13.93 acres at 600 West Main Street, and a final development plan and record plat for The Junction; also a conditional use permit for Sugarfire Smokehouse in that development

  • Public hearing and first reading for rezoning of 3.22 acres from previous voluntary annexation on Meyer Road
  • Public hearing and resolution for conditional use permit, and site plan approval, for new Playtime Party Center on Highway A
  • Consent agenda: minutes; agreement for erosion control at Timber Trace Phase 4; resolution approving criteria for citizen recognition; resolution to upsize a water main at Pinewood Estates
  • Final approval of sewerage system revenue bonds not to exceed $20,631,000
  •  North Meets South Wentzville Strolling History event
  • Civil War reenactment funding
  • First reading of the acceptance of improvements at Hampton Inn
  • First reading of a right of way vacation on Pinewood Trails Drive
  • First reading of an easement vacation in Boulder Ridge Plat One
  • First reading of an ordinance regulating unmanned aircraft
  • Public hearing and first reading of 2017 property tax rate
  • Resolution for funding for Coordinated Entry
  • Employer delegate to LAGERS meeting

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor, and the city administrator.
