Wentzville Board of Aldermen March 14 Agenda: Blighting properties, BOA attendance policy

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will meet on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Wentzville City Hall. On the agenda for the meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public:

  • First reading of an ordinance vacating parts of city streets that were never constructed, all located in Memorial Park
  • Final approval of voluntary annexation of 1.002 acres, 3.447 acres, and 14.454 acres, all in a tract of land at the southwest corner of Highway Z and Interstate Drive
  • Application withdrawn for rezoning of 4.338 acres for Midland Park Villas
  • Final approval of rezoning for 8.108 acres at 1333 Hepperman Road and record plat and site plan approval for Chapel Grove
  • First reading of the record plat for Fox Ridge Plat 6
  • Preliminary subdivision approval for Parkway Ridge, located at Wentzville Parkway and Highway 61, which includes streets and seven commercial lots
  • First reading of the record plat for The Commons at Peruque Hills at the southeast corner of Highway Z and Peruque Hills Parkway
  • Public hearing and resolution for a conditional use permit for liquor by the drink for Marco’s Pizza at Wentzville Bluffs
  • Site plan approval for a building addition to Peine Ridge Elementary School
  • Public hearing for a text amendment to signage regulations about off-premise billboards and electronic message centers
  • Consent agenda: minutes, agreement with Synergy Chiropractic for site improvement installation, agreement for site improvements for the Morgan School, destruction of police records, agreement for site plan improvements for Pinewoods Estates, Phase 1
  • Final passage of the acceptance of public improvements for Villages at Huntleigh Ridge pool and recreation area
  • Resolutions for the purchase of concrete and agreement with a concrete contractor for the slab replacement project
  • Resolution approving expediting the design of the water reclamation center phase III
  • Resolution for an agreement for sewer main lining and lateral connection sealing
  • Resolution vacating an easement in Twin Oaks at Stone Ridge
  • First reading of an ordinance to amend the city’s code of ethics
  • Resolution for a work authorization for construction testing services
  • First reading of an ordinance amending the city code about board of aldermen attendance at meetings
  • Public hearing and first reading of an ordinance about proposed blighting of property at 600 West Main and 1100 Lodora Drive
  • Public hearing and first reading for a petition to establish the Crown Community Improvement District
  • Public hearing and first reading for a petition to establish the Junction Community Improvement District
  • Discussion of 2018 St. Charles County Road Board application

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor, and the city administrator.
