Wentzville Board of Aldermen June 13 agenda: Exit Six liquor license waiver, new water tower

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will meet on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Wentzville City Hall.

On the agenda for the meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public:

  • Swearing in new police officer
  • Presentation of the audited 2017 financial report
  • Final approval of the voluntary annexation of 106.369 acres owned by the Wentzville School District on the northeast corner of West Meyer Road and North Point Prairie Road
  • Final approval of the voluntary annexation of 14.122 acres on the west side of Penny Royal Lane
  • Public hearing and resolution for outdoor storage for Home Depot – withdrawn by applicant
  • First reading of the record lat for Summerbrook Estates
  • Public hearing and first reading for amendment to the preliminary development plan for Golf Club of Wentzville Villas plat 5
  • Public hearing and conditional use permit for liquor by the drink, indoor gaming, and live entertainment for 909 Public House
  • First reading of the record plat for Timber Trace Plat 3
  • First reading of a final development plan for The Villas at Quail Ridge
  • Public hearing and first reading for the rezoning of 14.13 acres the west side of Penny Royal Lane south of Kelcross Drive
  • Site plan approval for a water tower, well house, and site improvements on Schroeder Creek Boulevard south of the police station
  • Consent agenda: minutes, permit for fireworks display, Junction CID directors, Crown CID directors, resolutions for erosion control for Summerbrook Estates, Huntleigh Ridge Plat 4, Playtime Party Center, and Parkway Ridge, and resolutions for site plan improvements for The Meadows at Cimarron and Peine Ridge Elementary Classroom Addition
  • Final approval of the acceptance of public improvements at Wabash Elementary School
  • Final approval of the acceptance of public improvements at Stone Creek Elementary School
  • Final approval of the acceptance of public improvements at Wentzville Bluffs phase 2
  • Final approval of utility easements at Perry Cate and Route N
  • Resolution for one-year extension for city insurance and worker’s comp
  • Resolution concerning the city retirement plan
  • First reading of an ordinance about overtime pay
  • Resolution for a county road board application
  • Resolution for a grant application for Wentzville Parkway South phase 1 improvements
  • Liquor license waiver request for Exit Six Pub & Brewery, for having an establishment within 300 feet of a school building
  • Resolution for an assessment roll for the West Pearce Neighborhood Improvement District
  • Resolution for towing services
  • Discussion about permit fee waivers for other taxing districts
  • Discussion about planned development

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor, and the city administrator.
