Wentzville Board of Aldermen August 23 Agenda: City Involvement with Upcoming Festivals

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will meet on Wednesday, August 23 2017 at Wentzville City Hall. On the agenda for the 5 p.m. work session, which is open to the public:

  • Presentation by the St. Charles County Port Authority
  • Discussion of special event funding

On the agenda for the regular meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. and is also open to the public:

  • Final approval of an amendment to the final development plan for the Manors at Wilmer Valley
  • First reading of a name change for Peine Loop Road (the section from Peine to Granville) to Granville Drive
  • First reading of the voluntary annexation of 3.22 acres at 1015 Meyer Road (west side of Meyer Road, south of Wentzville Parkway)
  • Consent agenda: minutes, deposit agreements for improvements at Stonemoor and Manors at Wilmer Valley
  • Final approval of the acceptance of improvements at KF Landscapes (1121 Mexico Road)
  • First reading to authorize sewerage system revenue bonds not to exceed $20,631,000
  • Resolution for sanitary sewers to 1254 Hepperman Road and 601 Burr Ridge Drive
  • Resolution for a funding agreement for redevelopement of 600 West Main and 1100 Lodora Drive
  • In-kind services for the Rotary Club’s Beer, Wine, and Food Festival
  • In-kind services for the North Meets South Wentzville Strolling History event
  • World War I  and World War II memorial
  • Civil War reenactment funding
  • Discussion of the St. Charles County Community Council’s Coordinated Entry Program

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor, and the city administrator.
