The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at City Hall.

On the agenda for the meeting, which is open to the public:

  • Award presentation to John Gripentrog of the city’s wastewater division
  • Swearing in new police officers
  • Site plan approval for expansion of parking lot at Wentzville Community Club
  • Preliminary plat approval for Crystal Creek Plat Two
  • Public hearing and first reading of rezoning of 12.51 acres on east side of Highway Z north of Perry Cate
  • First reading of record plat for Stonemoor Plat Three
  • First reading of record plat for Villas at Stonemoor Plat Two
  • Variance for side yard easements at Lexington development, west of Highway 61 south of Peine Road
  • Consent agenda: minutes, resolution for a license for shared access and parking adjacent to Memorial Park, destruction of police records, destruction of records, purchase of aerial bucket truck and brush chipper, resolution for sediment and erosion control for Cambridge Falls
  • Final approval of the acceptance of improvements at Camping World
  • Final approval of an ordinance to repeal an ordinance for $45 million in bonds for an industrial development, for amending the plan for the development, and to authorize other actions on the bonds

  • Final approval of a voluntary annexation for public rights of way
  • First reading of an amendment to change the name of the Adopt-a-Street program to the Adopt-a-Spot Program
