Friday, November 4

  • Country Christmas Craft Show, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Warrenton VFW Hall, 515 Dryden, Warrenton. Admission $1, children under 12 free.
  • Holiday Bonanza, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Ultimate Fitness Plus for Women, 821 West Terra Lane, O’Fallon. More than 20 vendors, crafters, and artists. Bring a canned food item to donate to the St. Vincent de Paul Hope Society food pantry.
  • Bingo, doors open 5 p.m., games start at 7 p.m., American Legion Post 323, Wentzville. Smoking and nonsmoking available, 50/50, attendance prizes, concessions available.
  • Public Stargazing, 7 p.m., Broemmelsiek Park. Weather permitting, telescopes available. Free, registration required for large groups.

  • Lake Saint Louis Farmers and Artists Market, 8 a.m. to noon. Meadows shopping center parking lot.
  • I Spy: Ocean Animals, all day, Boone’s Trail Branch Library, 10 Fiddlecreek Plaza, New Melle. Find animals hidden in the children’s area and win a prize.
  • Saturday Morning Chess Club, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Middendorf-Kredell Branch Library, 2750 Highway K, O’Fallon. Drop in for a friendly game of chess, no registration required.
  • Francis Howell North Holiday Craft Fair, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Francis Howell North, 2549 Hackman Road, St. Charles. 135 vendors, concessions, bake sale, art and crafts.
  • Country Christmas Craft Show, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Warrenton VFW Hall, 515 Dryden, Warrenton. Admission $1, children under 12 free.
  • Learn to Homebrew Day, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Heritage Museum, 1630 Heritage Landing, St. Peters. Demonstrations of several methods of beer brewing. Free admission.
