Looking for some fun things to do this weekend? 70 West Sentinel has rounded up some family-friendly activities in St. Charles County, including a free band concert and an opportunity to share your favorite vinyl records with other collectors.

Friday, April 1

  • Bingo, doors open 5 p.m., games start at 7 p.m., American Legion Post 323, Wentzville. Smoking and nonsmoking available, 50/50, attendance prizes, concessions available.
  • Public Stargazing, 7 p.m., Broemmelsiek Park. Weather permitting, telescopes available. Free, registration required for large groups.

Saturday, April 2

  • GM Earth Day Festival, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Rotary Park, 2577 West Meyer Road, Foristell. Mission Clean Stream volunteer meet-up, live music, kids’ activities, electronics recycling. Free admission, open to the public.

  • Lake Saint Louis Farmers and Artists Market, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Meadows Shopping Center, Lake Saint Louis.
  • Saturday Morning Chess Club, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Middendorf-Kredell Branch Library, 2750 Highway K, O’Fallon. Drop in for a friendly game of chess, no registration required.
  • Mission Clean Stream in O’Fallon, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., to volunteer to collect litter from local streams, register online or call (636) 379-5417.
  • Lego Club Jr., 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., Corporate Parkway Branch Library. Listen to a story and build with Legos. Ages 3 to 6.
  • Vinyl Lovers Club, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Middendorf-Kredell Library. Bring your favorite records to enjoy with other collectors. Library provides record player. Register online.
