Hunter Alexander Donnan, of the 400 block of Meyer Road, and John M. Bockhoff, of the 400 block of Bridle Bridge, were charged today by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney with first degree property damage.

According to court documents, Donnan, Bockhoff, and an unnamed juvenile threw rocks from the railroad bridge on two different days. Police estimate that four vehicles were damaged on September 8 and at least 35 vehicle were damaged on September 12.

Wentzville Police Captain Kevin Pyatt told 70 West Sentinel that his department made the arrests on September 12, but since the Missouri State Highway Patrol handled the original call on September 8, the case was turned over to them.
