Rooster at the County Fair

Friday, July 29 is the fourth day of the St. Charles County Fair’s 2016 season at Wentzville’s Rotary Park, 2577 West Meyer Road. Friday’s events includes Moto-X, a tractor pull, and the pig scramble.

Admission–which includes carnival rides, entertainment and parking–is $20 for adults and $5 for children six to 10 years old. Children five and under are free. Military with proper I.D. receive a 50 percent discount.

8 a.m. – Gates open

10 a.m. – Kolb Exhibition Center Opens

1 p.m. – Free carnival rides with paid admission

3 p.m.

  • Breeding rabbit and pet rabbit judging att Heinrich Pavilion
  • Lifesaver CPR training

5 p.m.

  • 4-H demonstrations at Kolb Exhibition Center
  • Freestyle Moto-X
  • Petting zoo

6 p.m.

  • “Babaloo” on the Stars & Stripes Stage
  • Big Baller Balance Challenge
  • Bounce house and inflatable slide
  • Race to the top challenge
  • Stunt Jump
  • Tug-a-War competition at the show barn

7 p.m.

  • Freestyle Moto-X
  • Caliber Truck & Tractor Pull

8 p.m. – “Babaloo” on the Stars & Stripes Stage

8:30 p.m.

  • “Contagious” in the Entertainment Tent
  • Pig Scramble in the show barn

9 p.m. – Freestyle Moto-X

11:59 p.m. – Grounds close
