Wentzville Bluffs could see its first fast-food restaurant if plans are approved for the construction of a Burger King just north of the U-Gas station on Highway Z.
The site plan for the property, which is just shy of one acre in size, and a conditional use permit for the restaurant and drive-through will be considered by the Wentzville Planning & Zoning Commission at a meeting Tuesday night. It will then go before the Board of Aldermen for final consideration.
The site is zoned C-3 Highway Commercial. The applicant has revised original plans in order to meet city standards for traffic and safety, according to city documents.
