The Wentzville Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a site plan and a conditional use permit for liquor-by-the-drink for a new restaurant called Plank Road Steakhouse. The new restaurant will be located in Wentzville Bluffs next to Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill.

Plans for the restaurant include a 3,207 square foot seating area, with additional bar seating and an outdoor patio.

“It will be a great addition to the [Wentzville Bluffs] development,” Community Development Director Doug Forbeck said.

Both the conditional use permit for liquor sales and the site plan passed Planning and Zoning unanimously. Both must now go the Wentzville Board of Aldermen for approval.
