Patriot’s Day Events in O’Fallon Include Blood Drive, Service Projects

O’Fallon remembers the victims of the terrorist attacks on our nation on September 11, 2001, and appreciates the sacrifices being made by America’s first responders and military troops every day. Patriot Blood Drive, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, September 8, at the O’Fallon Municipal Centre (City Hall) in the Multi-Purpose Room, 1st floor. Walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment, call Volunteer Services at 636-379-5417, or go to and select “opportunities.” Before donating please eat well, hydrate and be sure to bring your photo I.D. with you.

Remembrance Walk , 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 9. Meet at the 9-11 First Responders Memorial in the parking lot on the east side of City Hall for a one-mile walk to reflect, honor, inspire and unite. Pre-register at, or come a little early and register the day of the walk. 

Citizens United in Service, 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 9; register for service projects that support our first responders and active military. Pre-registration is required; go to or call 636-379-5417
