O’Fallon Police Issue Silver Alert for Man from North O’Fallon

The O’Fallon Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an 85-year-old man who suffers from dementia and requires medication.

Billie Joe (Bill) Hubbard of Villa Piazza Court on the north side of O’Fallon was reported missing by his family at 3 p.m. Wednesday.

According to relatives, he was last seen by his family at 11 a.m. After that, he picked up a prescription at the Walgreen’s at 920 North Main Street.

Hubbard–who is a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 156 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes–could be driving a Silver 2007 Hyundai Sonata with the Missouri license number SE5-B3L 2017.

Hubbard suffers from dementia and requires medication.
