O’Fallon Police Blotter: Juveniles Taken into Custody in Three Cases of Assault

The following reports for May 11 – 21, 2017 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the O’Fallon Police Department. A report of an arrest or charges filed is not an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.

Thursday, May 11

  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported in the 7700 block of Winghaven Boulevard at 7:58 p.m.The windows of four vehicles were damaged, and purses, a wallet, and cash were stolen.
  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Midpoint Drive at 8:34 p.m. The vehicle window was damaged and a purse and iPod were stolen.
  • A laptop and Amazon Alexa were reported stolen on Dunmore Circle at 10:11 p.m. No prosecution was desired.

Friday, May 12

  • A burglary was reported in the 100 block of O’Fallon Plaza at 7:16 a.m.
  • An assault was reported in the 200 block of Virgil Avenue at 10:52 a.m. No one was transported for injury, and a juvenile was taken into custody.
  • An assault was reported on Sonderen Branch Road at 10:52 p.m. No one was transported for injury, and three juveniles were taken into custody.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1000 block of Hoff Road at 9:49 a.m.
  • An expired license plate tab was reported stolen in the 300 block of Lake Bluff Drive at 11:25 a.m.
  • Pants and a belt were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 4:58 p.m.
  • A 22-year-old male from O’Fallon was arrested for stealing jewelry at 7:55 p.m. in the 1300 block of Highway K.

Saturday, May 13

  • A television was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 11:01 a.m.
  • A computer, cell phone, medication, and cologne were reported stolen in the 700 block of Watsons Parish Drive at 11:19 a.m. The items were returned and no prosecution was sought.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street at 7:57 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1800 block of English Oak Drive at 8:30 p.m. An investigation is ongoing.

Sunday, May 14

  • Shoplifting was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 12:43 p.m.
  • Jewelry was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Alexandria Row at 1:17 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 2:32 p.m.
  • A burglary was reported in the 2200 block of Highway K at 7:54 p.m. No force was used to gain entry, and it was undetermined what items were stolen. No prosecution was sought.

Monday, May 15

  • Food was reported stolen in the 3000 block of Highway K at 10:37 a.m.
  • Three pairs of headphones were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 12:55 p.m.
  • A window was reported damaged in the 400 block of Scottsville Drive at 2:39 p.m. An arrest was made and a summons issued.

Tuesday, May 16

  • Two license plate tabs were reported stolen on Monsanto Court at 8:18 a.m.
  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Midpoint Drive at 8:27 a.m.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen in the 3700 block of Monticello Plaza at 9 a.m.
  • A vehicle window was reported damaged in the 800 block of Molloy Drive at 12:14 p.m.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen in the 200 block of Virgil Avenue at 12:43 p.m.
  • An assault was reported on Sonderen at St. Matthew at 12:44 p.m. No one was transported for injuries, and two juveniles were taken into custody.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 100 block of McDonald Lane at 2:32 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 2300 block of Highway K at 2:38 p.m.
  • Shoes were reported stolen in the 2100 block of Highway K at 3:19 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 2900 block of Highway K at 3:50 p.m.

Wednesday, May 17

  • A burglary was reported in the 2500 block of Highway K at 2:56 a.m.
  • Stealing $750 or more was reported in the 3100 block of Meadow Pointe Drive at 10:56 a.m.
  • Motor vehicle theft was reported in the 1200 block of West Terra Lane at 11:20 a.m.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 12:58 p.m.
  • Stealing $750 or more was reported in the 2100 block of Highway K at 2:35 p.m.

Thursday, May 18

  • A 25-year-old female from Foristell was arrested for stealing clothing in the 1300 block of Highway K at 3:23 p.m.
  • A 63-year-old male from Moscow Mills was arrested for stealing bandages, cleaning supplies, and an energy drink at 4:39 p.m. in the 1300 block of Highway K.
  • An assault was reported in the 1900 block of Glengate Estates Drive at 11:26 p.m. No one was transported for injuries, and no prosecution was desired.

Friday, May 19

  • An assault was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive at 2:40 a.m.
  • Cash was reported stolen in the 800 block of Midpoint Drive at 11:09 a.m.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 500 block of Auto Mall Drive at 3:46 p.m.
  • A license plate was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Glengate Estates Drive at 4:03 p.m.

Saturday, May 20

  • A tailgate was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Homefield Ridge Drive at 11:16 a.m.
  • An assault was reported in the 2500 block of Highway K at 12:42 p.m.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 900 block of Mallards Way at 1:03 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 2300 block of Highway K at 6:30 p.m.

Sunday, May 21

  • An assault was reported in the 2900 block of Highway K at 1:32 a.m. No one was transported for injuries. An investigation is ongoing.
  • A burglary was reported on Winter Hill Court at 9:26 a.m.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 3100 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive at 9:46 a.m. The vehicle was recovered and no charges were sought.
  • A burglary was reported in the 600 block of Cordes Street at 4:59 p.m.
  • A 51-year-old female from O’Fallon was issued a summons for stealing food, toiletries, and clothing in the 1300 block of Highway K at 5:43 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 700 block of Montbrook Drive at 7:56 p.m. No one was transported for injuries. Charges will be sought.
