O’Fallon Police Blotter: Juvenile Taken into Custody after Assault on Officers

The following reports for April 20 – 28, 2017 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the O’Fallon Police Department. A report of an arrest or charges filed is not an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.

Thursday, April 20

  • A robbery was reported at 9:23 a.m. on Veterans Memorial Parkway at Whispering Wind. Daniel Dee, 19, of Foristell, was charged with making a false report. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1100 block of Big Piney Drive at 2:45 p.m.

Friday, April 21

  • Stealing was reported in the 900 block of West Terra Lane at 9:48 a.m. The victim paid for services that were not completed.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 12:28 p.m.
  • A burglary was reported in the 4200 block of Keaton Crossing Boulevard at 12:19 p.m. A wall was damaged to gain entry, and a sign was stolen.
  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported in the 8600 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway at 9:42 p.m. A window was damaged to gain entry and a purse was stolen.

Saturday, April 22

  • A burglary was reported in the 1600 block of Feise Forest Drive at 12:02 p.m. A purse and medication were stolen.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 100 block of McDonald Lane at 2:46 p.m.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged in the 200 block of Coachman Way at 4:05 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 8000 block of Oakway Drive at 9:10 p.m. A television, gaming system, clothing, shoes, games and DVDs were reported taken.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of Boardwalk Gardens Drive at 11:39 p.m. Ryan Narup, 30, from O’Fallon, was charged with third degree domestic assault. Bond was set at $5,000.

Sunday, April 23

  • A vehicle window was reported damaged in the 2300 block of Quaint Cottage Drive at 11:45 a.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 2:43 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in teh 2600 block of Breezy Point Lane at 6:46 p.m. No one was transported for injury. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.

Monday, April 24

  • A wallet, cash, and contents were reported stolen from an undamaged vehicle in the 7700 block of Winghaven Boulevard at 8:14 a.m.
  • Domestic assault was reported in the 400 block of Rascal Crossing at 1:08 p.m. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.
  • Clothing was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 3:25 p.m. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.
  • A calendar was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 4:50 p.m. A 36-year-old female from St. Charles County was arrested.
  • Gaming systems games were reported stolen in the 1500 block of Hunters Meadows Drive at 4:47 p.m.
  • A vehicle lift gate and brake light lens were reported damaged in the 7200 block of Cinnamon Teal Drive at 5:55 p.m.

Tuesday, April 25

  • A cell phone was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Tom Ginnever Avenue at 8:02 a.m.
  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Comfort Inn Court at 7:42 a.m.
  • Medication was reported stolen in the 3200 block of Meadow Pointe Drive at 9:23 a.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 2:12 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.

Wednesday, April 26

  • An assault was reported in the 300 block of Carriage Trail Court at 8:30 a.m. No one was transported for injury, and no charges were sought.
  • A license plate tab was reported stolen in the 500 block of Country Landing Drive at 10:42 a.m.
  • Stealing of service by dumping was reported in the 900 block of Clubhouse Lane at 12:22 p.m.
  • A scam was reported on Amber Meadows Drive at 12:39. A subject was told they owed a debt.

Thursday, April 27

  • Stealing was reported in the 500 block of Civic Park Drive at 10:13 a.m.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 3000 block of East Terra Lane at 10:15 a.m. The vehicle was recovered.
  • A 24-year-old female from Bridgeton was arrested for stealing jewelry and toiletries at 2:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of Highway K.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 1300 block of Highway K at 3:20 p.m.
  • A handgun was reported stolen from a building in the 1000 block of Pinewood Place Drive at 9:04 p.m.

Friday, April 28

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of Homefield Gardens Drive at 8:41 a.m. No one was transported for injury. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.
  • Two license plate tabs were reported stolen in the 700 block of Emge Road at 1;39 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 130 block of Highway K at 1:52 p.m.
  • An assault on a law enforcement officer was reported at 3:27 p.m. in the 800 block of Belleau Creek Road. Two officers were assaulted, and one was treated at an urgent care facility for minor injuries. A juvenile was taken into custody.
  • A burglary was reported in the 500 block of Briscoe Avenue at 5:02 p.m. No damage was made to gain entry, and jewelry was taken.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged in the 900 block of Winged Foot Court at 6:55 p.m.
