O’Fallon Police Blotter: Items Stolen Out of State Recovered

The following reports for August 30 – September 5, 2017 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the O’Fallon Police Department. A report of an arrest or charges filed is not an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.

Wednesday, August 30

  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 900 block of Harvestwynd Court at 6:18 a.m. after keys were left in the unlocked vehicle.
  • A vehicle was reported scratched on Lil Marie Parkway at 9:56 a.m.
  • A burglary was reported in the 300 block of Sonderen Street at 9:46 a.m. A door was damaged to enter an office, but no items were taken.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 1700 block of O’Fallon Road at 3:24 p.m.
  • Medication was reported stolen from an undamaged vehicle on Ashford Place Court at 4:25 p.m.
  • An unattended cell phone was reported stolen in O’Fallon Square at 9:33 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1600 block of Knightwood Lane at 11:16 p.m. No one was transported for injuries. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.

Thursday, August 31

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 4200 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive at 6:42 a.m. No one was transported for injuries. The investigation remains active.
  • A radar detector was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Brook Hollow Court at 12:17 p.m.
  • A drone and sheets were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 4:07 p.m.
  • A 26-year-old from O’Fallon was arrested for damaging drywall in the 400 block of St. Gemma Drive at 5:56 p.m.

Friday, September 1

  • A domestic assault was reported and a juvenile taken into custody in the 100 block of Oakfield Drive at 5:35 a.m.
  • A 23-year-old from Florissant and a 23-year-old from St. Peters were arrested for stealing bronzer at 10:51 a.m. in the 2900 block of Highway K.
  • A 17-year-old from St. Paul was arrested for stealing a splitter, candy, and headphones in the 1300 block of Highway K at 2:36 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported and a juvenile taken into custody at 2:20 p.m. in the 2800 block of Royallvalley Way.
  • A radar detector and cash were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Laura K. Drive at 8:36 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported on Mark Twain Court at 11:44 p.m. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.

Saturday, September 2

  • Tools, coins, and two laptop computers were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of of Progress Point Parkway at 6:38 a.m. A window was damaged to gain entry.
  • The locking mechanism of a vehicle in the 1100 block of Technology Drive was reported damaged at 9:33 a.m. Nothing was taken.
  • The stained glass on a mailbox was reported damaged with an egg in the 100 block of Berkshire Downs Drive at 10:58 a.m.
  • A stolen motor vehicle was reported in the 3300 block of Meadow Pointe Drive at 12 p.m.
  • A cell phone that was left on a counter after a purchase was reported stolen in the 8600 block of Mexico Road at 5:35 p.m.

Sunday, September 3

  • An assault on a law officer was reported in the 20o block of Greengate Drive at 1:22 a.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 900 block of Caledonia Drive at 8:02 a.m. No one was transported for injuries. Two arrests were made and charges will be sought.
  • Items that had been stolen out of state were recovered in the 900 block of West Terra Lane at 7:50 a.m.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged in the 1000 block of Summersweet Drive at 10:11 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 200 block of Greengate Drive at 11:59 a.m.
  • Two license plate tabs were reported stolen in the 2600 block of Babble Creek Lane at 12:17 p.m.
  • A handgun was reported stolen from an undamaged vehicle in the 1100 block of Technology Drive at 12:44 p.m.
  • A 17-year-old from St. Peters was arrested for stealing a charged and cell phone cases in the 2300 block of Highway K at 1:51 p.m.
  • A 20-year-old and a 17-year-old from Lincoln, MO were arrested for stealing soda, alcohol, and toiletries in the 1300 block of Highway K at 3:17 p.m.

Monday, September 4

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 600 block of Homerun Drive at 2:52 p.m. No one was transported for injuries. The investigation remains active.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 3200 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive at 1:43 p.m. No one was transported for injuries. The investigation remains active.
  • Property damage was reported on T.R. Hughes Boulevard at Tom Ginnever Avenue at 4:14 p.m.
  • Gift cards were reported stolen in the 700 block of Cordes Street at 5:47 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of North Main Street at 6:15 p.m. One subject was transported for injuries. Two arrests were made, and charges will be sought.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged in the 1300 block of Dayton Lane at 9:03 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported on Hidden Oak Drive at 9:17 p.m. No one was transported for injuries. Charges will be pursued.

Tuesday, September 5

  • Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Legacy Pointe Court at 8:19 a.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 1300 block of North Main Street at 10:31 a.m.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 1400 block of East Terra Lane at 12:22 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 900 block of Bryan Road at 1:12 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 3000 block of Post Meadows Court at 2:42 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 700 block of Garden Path at 2:25 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1000 block of Pinewood Place Drive at 4:30 p.m.
  • An assault was reported in the 8900 block of Mexico Road at 4:22 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1100 block of Pinewood Place Drive at 6:29 p.m.
