The following reports for March 2 – 12, 2017 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the O’Fallon Police Department. A report of an arrest or charges filed is not an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.


Thursday, March 2

  • A 17-year-old male from O’Fallon was issued a summons and a juvenile was taken into custody after cigars were reported stolen in the 100 block of McDonald Lane at 12:45 p.m.
  • A stolen license plate was recovered at 1:27 p.m. on Interstate 70 at Highway K.
  • A license plate was reported stolen in the 900 block of Daffodil Ridge Drive at 2:01 p.m.
  • Two pairs of shoes were reported stolen in the 2100 block of Highway K at 2:44 p.m.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken and medication stolen in the 2000 block of East Terra Lane at 6;01 p.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 500 block of Whitegate Drive at 7:16 p.m. An arrest was made and charges will be sought. No one was transported for injuries.

Friday, March 3

  • Property damage was reported on Deer Creek Drive at 8:43 a.m. Bridge cement barriers were spray painted.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 1700 block of O’Fallon Road at 3:18 p.m.
  • A vehicle window was reported damaged in the 2000 block of Glengate Estates Drive at 5:50 p.m.
  • An assault between associates was reported in the 800 block of Nicola Lane at 7:33 p.m. No one was transported for injuries, and the investigation is active.

Saturday, March 4

  • Shoes were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 3:47 p.m. An arrest was made and charges will be sought.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1900 block of Pebblebrook Drive at 6:06 p.m. No one was transported for injuries, and charges will be sought.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 6:01 p.m. in the 1200 block of O’Fallon Drive. The bike was recovered and returned and no charges were issued.
  • A vehicle windshield was reported damaged in the 1200 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive at 6:55 p.m.

Sunday, March 5

  • A domestic assault was reported on Feise Road at Bryan Road at 9:32 a.m.. No one was transported for injuries, and charges will be sought.
  • Property damage was reported on O’Fallon Lakes Drive at 5;02 p.m.
  • An assault where a subject was struck with a handgun was reported in the 7900 block of Oak Bark Court at 10:50 p.m. The victim was transported for non life-threatening injuries, and an investigation remains active.

Monday, March 6

  • Property damage was reported in the 1100 block of Turtle Creek Drive at 7:51 a.m.
  • Wooden signs and grass were reported damaged in the 9300 block of O’Fallon Lakes Drive at 9:48 a.m.
  • A copper bus bar was reported stolen in the 2200 block of Technology Drive at 1:58 p.m.

Tuesday, March 7

  • A domestic assault was reported at 8:34 a.m. in the 6000 block of Fox Oak Court. Justin Thomas, 26, of O’Fallon, was charged with harassment and domestic assault and bond was set at $20,000.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 2300 block of Highway K at 1:15 p.m.
  • A cordless drill was reported stolen on Oak Leaf Drive at 2:40 p.m.

Wednesday, March 8

  • Three books were reported stolen in the 200 block of Royallmanor Court at 7:20 a.m.. The books had been shipped to be signed and were not returned.
  • A trash can was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Glengate Estates Drive at 9:11 a.m.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street at 11:40 a.m.
  • Property damage was reported on Club Way at 2:41 p.m.
  • A 17-year-old male from O’Fallon was arrested for stealing tennis shoes in the 2100 block of Highway K at 6:57 p.m.
  • Shoplifting was reported in the 2000 block of Highway K at 9:20 p.m.

Thursday, March 9

  • A domestic assault was reported on Redhead Lane at 3:02 a.m. No one was transported for injuries, and charges will be sought.
  • A wallet, cash and credit cards were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 7200 block of Sweetcider Lane at 8:02 a.m.
  • Three pallets containing aluminum were reported stolen in the 2000 block of East Terra Lane at 8:09 a.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1300 block of Buffalo Rock Drive at 2:02 p.m.. No one was transported for injuries, and charges will be sought.
  • Grass was reported damaged on Sports Park Drive at 3:58 p.m.
  • Cash was reported stolen from a wallet in the 500 block of Schrader Farm Drive at 5:42 p.m.

Friday, March 10

  • A vehicle window was reported damaged in the 100 block of Comfort Inn Court at 6:32 a.m.
  • Five sand bunker rakes and two golf flags with poles were reported damaged, and a golf hole cup was reported stolen in the 7700 block of Winghaven Boulevard at 8:59 a.m.
  • A handgun was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Longhorn Drive at 4:01 p.m.
  • A golf cart was reported stolen in the 200 block of Tri Sports Circle at 6:15 p.m.

Saturday, March 11

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 800 block of Aston Way Drive at 7:22 a.m.. No one was transported for injuries, and charges will be sought.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Bryan Road at 11:44 a.m.
  • A domestic assault was reported in O’Fallon Square at 4:18 p.m. Paul Estes, 24, of Wentzville, was arrested for domestic assault, resisting arrest, and property damage. Bond was set at $25,000.
  • A 37-year-old female from O’Fallon was issued a summons and a 34-year-old female from St. Ann was arrested after a report of shoplifting in the 2100 block of Highway K at 4:32 p.m.
