O’Fallon Police Blotter: Donuts Stolen from Delivery Truck

The following reports for April 7 – 13, 2016 were supplied to 70 West Sentinel by the O’Fallon Police Department. A report of an arrest or charges filed is not an assumption of guilt, nor does it indicate that anyone was convicted of any crime.

Thursday, April 7

  • Furniture was reported stolen from a building in the 2100 block of East Terra Lane at 12:26 p.m.
  • A juvenile was taken into custody for stealing makeup and clothing in the 2100 block of Highway K at 3:13 p.m.
  • A garage door and siding were reported damaged in the 2700 block of Bromley Drive at 3:44 p.m.

Friday, April 8

  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen on Brushy Brook Drive at Thorn Brook Drive at 7:29 a.m.
  • Wiring in a house under construction was reported damaged on Old Knaust Road at 9:33 a.m.
  • A 23-year-old male was arrested for returning stolen mini wax for a store merchandise card in the 8500 block of Mexico Road at 12:05 p.m.
  • Cash was reported stolen by a subject who tried to purchase a vehicle over the internet on Windy Wheat Drive at 8:42 p.m.
  • An attempted theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Schrader Farm Drive at 10:29 p.m. A summons was issued in the incident.

Saturday, April 9

  • A purse was reported stolen in a burglary in the 200 block of Casalon Drive. Entry was gained through an unlocked door.
  • A 36-year-old female from O’Fallon was arrested for stealing cosmetics in the 2100 block of Highway K at 8:08 p.m.
  • A fence was reported damaged on Hutchings Farm Drive at Lace Bark Court at 10:44 p.m.

Sunday, April 10

  • Cash was reported stolen on Homefield Commons Drive at 5:57 p.m. The victim did not press charges.

Monday, April 11

  • An overnight burglary was reported in the 2500 block of Highway K. A window was damaged to gain entry, and eight laptops and an iPad were stolen.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 500 block of Savannah Garden Drive at 12:42 p.m.
  • A scam was reported in the 100 block of Dusty Rose Drive at 12:45 p.m.. A victim was given credit card numbers to bill for landscaping, but also put money into an account as part of a scam.
  • Electronics were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Highway K at 2:06 p.m.
  • Two handguns were reported stolen from a residence on Green Briar Hills Court at 6:09 p.m.

Tuesday, April 12

  • A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Brushy Brook Drive at 7:18 a.m.
  • Two license plates were reported stolen in the 700 block of Plaza Drive at 6:39 p.m.
  • A laptop and cash were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of Eastgate Drive at 4:09 p.m.
  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 8600 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway at 6:08 p.m.

Wednesday, April 13

  • Donuts were reported stolen from a delivery truck in the 1100 block of Bryan Road at 1:28 a.m.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged in the 4500 block of Highway k at 7:06 a.m.
  • An air conditioning unit was reported stolen in the 1100 block of East Terra Lane at 9:37 a.m.
  • A license plate was reported stolen in the 300 block of J-Mark Court at 11:46 a.m.
