O’Fallon Police Announce Upcoming Sobriety Checkpoint

Sobriety Checkpoint

The O’Fallon Police Department issued a press release Monday, August 8 to announce that a sobriety checkpoint is scheduled within the next two weeks.

According to police, the checkpoints target areas with higher alcohol-related crashes.

“Motorists passing through the checkpoint should experience only a minimal delay while speaking to officers on the dangers of drinking and driving,” the release stated.

Anyone with questions should contact Sergeant Kevin Barron with the O’Fallon PD, (636) 379-5465.

    Great writing, dumbass.
You don’t mention WHERE it will be.

The police do not release that information. They are required by law to announce a checkpoint, but they are not required to disclose the location. -Ed.
