O’Fallon New Businesses: Auto Detailing, Running and Fitness, Daycare

In a report to the O’Fallon City Council at the June 8 meeting, the city’s Economic Development Department noted that 15 new businesses applied for business licenses in May 2017.

Those businesses are:

These new businesses could bring as many as 57 full-time jobs and 7 part-time jobs to the city, the department reported. The largest employers should be InstaCredit Auto Mart with 27 full-time employees and 4 part-time employees.

Three of the new businesses will be in Ward 1, four in Ward 2, three in Ward 4, and five in Ward 5. Six of the businesses are home-based.

O’Fallon businesses undergoing construction, remodeling or redevelopment projects in May:

  • Altair at the Preserve – new apartment construction, southeast corner of Technology and
  • C. Bennett expansion, 1700 West Terra Lane
  • Hillman Place Phase 2, Mexico and Bryan
  • O’Fallon Casting expansion, Cannonball Lane and East Terra Lane
  • O’Fallon Justice Center
  • Texas Roadhouse Expansion
  • The Landing of O’Fallon Senior Living, O’Fallon Road and Highway K
  • Total Access Urgent Care, 507 South Main Street
