O’Fallon New Business: Used Cars, Firearms, Frozen Moo, and More

In a report to the O’Fallon City Council, the city’s Economic Development Department noted that 15 new businesses applied for business licenses in June 2017.

Those businesses are:

These new businesses could bring as many as 46 full-time jobs and 21 part-time jobs to the city, the department reported. The largest employers should be Driven Auto Sales with 15 full-time employees and Frozen Moo with 6 part-time employees.

Three of the new businesses will be in Ward 1, one in Ward 2, two in Ward 4, and six in Ward 5. Four of the businesses are home-based.

O’Fallon businesses undergoing construction, remodeling or redevelopment projects in June:

  • Altair at the Preserve – new apartment construction, southeast corner of Technology and
  • C. Bennett expansion, 1700 West Terra Lane
  • Hillman Place Phase 2, Mexico and Bryan
  • O’Fallon Casting expansion, Cannonball Lane and East Terra Lane
  • O’Fallon Justice Center
  • Texas Roadhouse Expansion
  • The Landing of O’Fallon Senior Living, O’Fallon Road and Highway K
  • Total Access Urgent Care, 507 South Main Street
  • Wicked Greenz, 3955 Highway K
