O’Fallon City Council July 13 Agenda: Preparing for Move to Justice Center

The O’Fallon City Council will meet on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the O’Fallon Municipal Centre. The meeting is open to the public and can be viewed on streaming video through the city’s website.

On the agenda for the 5:30 p.m. work session, which is open to the public:

  • Justice Center discussion – police dispatch and 911 relocation
  • Stormwater projects update

On the agenda for the 7:30 p.m. regular meeting:

  • Proclamation for Mod Z percussion
  • Public comments and final passage for conditional use permit for a residential dwelling at 125 and 131 Joseph Street (Planning and Zoning recommended denial) and a resolution for water main at 125 and 131 Joseph (tabled at previous meeting)
  • Final passage of an agreement for funding for the I-70 south Outer Road project
  • Final passage of the acceptance of streets at Brookside, Village B Plat 2A

  • Public hearing and first reading of a voluntary annexation and rezoning for 305 Dora Place

  • Public comments and first reading of a conditional use permit for auto sales at 7 Plackemeier Drive
  • First reading of the approval of the record plat for the Villas of Capri
  • First reading of the acceptance of streets and storm sewers at Oakhurst, Plats 1 and 2
  • First reading of the approval of the record plat for Altair at the Preserve (applicant has asked for two readings)

  • Resolution for an agreement with St. Charles County for a dispatch console, and relocation of dispatch and equipment
