Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen September 18 Agenda: Window Sign Regulations, Special Use Permit Procedures

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, September 18 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 5:30 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. This week, those topics are:

  • Assessed valuation and real estate tax levy
  • Storm water pipe for Heritage at Hawk Ridge phase 6
  • Definition of commercial vehicle
  • Minor variance requests
  • Model home plans for Heritage at Hawk Ridge
  • General discussion

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7:00 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Constitution Week declaration
  • Public hearings on: subdividing 11230 Veterans Memorial Parkway and 4 South Ellerman Drive, and site plan for 4 South Ellerman Drive; window sign regulations; Heritage at Hawk Ridge plans; development plan for Port Calais; special use permit procedures; property tax rate
  • Consent agenda: warrant, indentures for Villas at Ridgepointe plat 6 and Oak Bluff Single Family, caterer liquor license for Friendship Brewery
