Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen May 7 Agenda:

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, May 7 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 5 p.m. (this is a half-hour earlier than usual), the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. On this meeting’s agenda are discussions of:

  • 2018/2019 Fiscal Year Budget
  • Dauphine and Cognac sidewalk survey
  • Zoning for 430 Freymuth Lane
  • Grinder pumps
  • Holiday light code

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Arbor Day proclamation
  • Consent agenda: warrant, budget adjustment, financials, liquor licenses and renewals
  • Appointments to boards and committees
  • Ordinance to zone 430 Freymuth Lane as Highway Commercial
  • Oath of office for new aldermen
  • Ordinance for voluntary annexation of the Lares property
  • Ordinance for auction for three police vehicles
  • Ordinance for a budget revision
  • Ordinance for an escrow agreement for streets and storm sewers for the Villas at Ridgepointe Plat 5
  • Ordinance for the acceptance of streets and storm sewers for Villas at Ridgepointe Plat 5
  • Resolution for a grant application for bulletproof vests
  • Resolution for a grant application for funds for the Shoppes at Hawk Ridge improvement project
  • Resolution for a grant application for funds for the Lake Saint Louis Boulevard reconstruction project
  • Resolution for a grant application for funds for the Old Highway N concept study

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor and the city administrator. The board will also be having an executive session.
