Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen June 4 Agenda: 2018-2019 budget, street creep, city branding

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, June 4, 2018 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 5:30 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. On this meeting’s agenda are discussions of:

  • Street creep policy
  • City branding workshop
  • 2018/2019 proposed budget
  • Building construction fee calculation
  • Use Tax update

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Public hearing on South Ridge Shoppes, a multi-building commercial development at 8197 Highway N and 8220 Orf Road
  • Public hearing on the zoning for 8812 Orf Road
  • Consent agenda: warrant, budget transfer, financials, liquor license renewals
  • An ordinance adopting the 2018-2019 budget
  • Escrow agreements for grading and erosion control for Plat 1 of Mill Creek subdivision
  • Escrow agreement for subdivision improvements for Plat 1 of Mill Creek
  • A budget revision
  • Resolution for a grant application for the Lake Saint Louis Boulevard reconstruction project

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor and the city administrator. The board will also be having an executive session, which is not open to the public.
