Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen July 1 agenda: Freymuth lane widening

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, July 1, 2018 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 5:30 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. On this meeting’s agenda are discussions of:

  • Freymuth lane widening
  • Land use and zoning map update
  • Heritage at Hawk Ridge traffic enforcement
  • Trash survey
  • Street movement policy

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Public hearing on South Ridge Shoppes, a multi-building commercial development at 8197 Highway N and 8220 Orf Road
  • Public hearing on the zoning for 8812 Orf Road
  • Public hearing on Windsor Park subdivision (4009 Highway 40/61 and 100 and 110 Freymuth Lane)
  • Public hearing on amending detail to development standards for Lot B of Hawk Ridge Village
  • Consent agenda: warrant, financial statement, new liquor licenses,
  • Ordinance and amended ordinance for a zoning change for Windsor Park subdivision from non-urban to single-family residential, and a preliminary subdivision plat
  • Ordinance about extended sick leave
  • Ordinance about driving on parking lots
  • Ordinance for amending detail to development standards for Lot B of Hawk Ridge Village
  • Ordinance for a budget revision

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor and the city administrator. The board will also be having an executive session, which is not open to the public.
