Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen Feb. 5 agenda: Trail design for undeveloped parkland

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, February 5 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 6:15 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. This week, those topics are:

  • Wyndstone sanitary sewer easement
  • Animal control regulations
  • 24 Picardy storm water improvement
  • No Name Park trail design contract

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7:00 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Public hearing for text amendments to city code about development standards, commercial vehicles, permitted obstructions in yards
  • Calendar, minutes, consent agenda, appointments
  • Ordinance about potential conflicts of interest
  • Two ordinances to amend the traffic code for prohibited parking
  • An ordinance for fiscal year audits
  • Three ordinances for utility easements
  • Ordinance to renew a contract for concrete replacement
  • An ordinance to accept property in the Wyndstone subdivision for a park
  • An ordinance to replace municipal code about animal regulations to be in accordance with the contract with St. Charles County
  • An ordinance for an escrow agreement for grading and erosion control for the Learning Lodge West Early Childhood Learning at 5101 Lake Saint Louis Boulevard
  • An ordinance for trail design for a new park
  • An ordinance for a budget revision
  • A resolution to change the meeting date for the City Image Advisory Committee
