Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen Feb. 20 agenda: Increased density allowed on case-by-case basis

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Tuesday, February 20 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 5:30 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. On this meeting’s agenda are discussions of:

  • Use tax
  • Freymuth Lane construction
  • Park land dedication fees for multi-family developments

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7:00 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Public hearing for creekside landing zoning amendment and preliminary development plan
  • Public hearing for amendments to the city code concerning density, allowing an increase of density on a case-by-case basis
  • Calendar, minutes, consent agenda, appointments
  • An ordinance amending the city code concerning density, allowing an increase of density on a case-by-case basis
  • An ordinance to approve a change in zoning for Creekside Landing from highway commercial to planned residential
  • An ordinance authorizing of a ballot proposition for a use tax for out-of-state purchases in excess of $2,000 a year
  • A pre-annexation agreement for property owned by Jason and Melissa Spellman
  • Voluntary annexation for a property owned by Jason and Melissa Spellman
  • An escrow agreement for erosion control for construction at 4101 Lake Saint Louis Boulevard
  • A renewal option for asphalt
  • A budget revision
  • A change order for the on-call pavement marking project
  • Resolution for a grant application for occupant protection
  • Resolution for a grant application for hazardous moving violations
  • Resolution for a grant application for DWI enforcement

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor and the city administrator.
