Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen August 6 agenda: Fireworks, street movement policy

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, July 16, 2018 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 6 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. On this meeting’s agenda are discussions of:

  • Technology upgrades for board meeting room
  • Improvements at the National Equestrian Center

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Public hearing on South Ridge Shoppes, a multi-building commercial development at 8197 Highway N and 8220 Orf Road
  • Public hearing on the zoning for 8812 Orf Road
  • Consent agenda: warrant, liquor license for Beerfest at the Meadows
  • Ordinance for an agreement with Spectrum for trunking services
  • Ordinance about fireworks
  • Ordinance for an agreement for the redesign of the city website
  • Ordinance for an escrow agreement for grading and erosion control for Creekside Landing
  • Ordinance for an escrow agreement for grading and erosion control for 301 Parkway Industrial Court
  • Ordinance for an escrow agreement for grading and erosion control for Popeyes at 6475 Ronald Reagan Drive
  • Budget revision
  • Ordinance for utility relocation related to the 24 Picardy Drive stormwater project
  • Resolution for the Street Movement Damage Prevention Policy

The agenda also allows for public comment time and reports from the aldermen, the mayor and the city administrator. The board will also be having an executive session, which is not open to the public.
