Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen April 16 agenda: Discussion about allowing fireworks

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will meet Monday, April 16 in the boardroom at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center.

At 5:30 p.m., the administrative/finance/public works joint work session addresses several topics. The session is open to the public. On this meeting’s agenda are discussions of:

  • Zoning designation for parcel at I-64 and Prospect Road
  • Change to allow fireworks
  • Use tax citizens committee
  • Duello Road pre-annexation agreement
  • Holiday lights
  • Sewer insurance program and grinder pumps

The formal meeting of the board of aldermen is at 7:00 p.m. and is also open to the public. The items on the agenda are:

  • Public hearing on site plan review and special use permit for 1B and 1C Wiles Industrial Park to construct a 10,000 square foot warehouse and office
  • Public hearing on temporary construction trailers at 4101 Lake Saint Louis Boulevard
  • Public hearing on final subdivision plat for Mill Creek subdivision (34 single-family lots)
  • Public hearing on zoning for Mill Creek subdivision
  • Public hearing on zoning for 430 Fremuth Lane
  • Public hearing on zoning for 8770 Orf Road
  • Consent agenda: warrant, budget adustment, site plan for Lot 5A Hawk Ridge Business Park
  • Ordinance for the zoning of 8770 Orf Road as non-urban
  • Ordinance for final subdivision plat for Mill Creek subdivision
  • Ordinance for zoning for 430 Freymuth Lane as highway commercial
  • Ordinane for zoning 4684 Lake Saint Louis Boulevard as single family residential
  • Ordinance for a budget revision
  • Ordinance for voluntary annexation of Lares property
  • Resolution for site plan and special use permit for warehouse and office at Wiles Industrial Park

The board will also be having an executive session.
