Friday, November 4

  • Country Christmas Craft Show, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Warrenton VFW Hall, 515 Dryden, Warrenton. Admission $1, children under 12 free.
  • Holiday Bonanza, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Ultimate Fitness Plus for Women, 821 West Terra Lane, O’Fallon. More than 20 vendors, crafters, and artists. Bring a canned food item to donate to the St. Vincent de Paul Hope Society food pantry.

  • Francis Howell North Holiday Craft Fair, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Francis Howell North, 2549 Hackman Road, St. Charles. 135 vendors, concessions, bake sale, art and crafts.
  • Country Christmas Craft Show, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Warrenton VFW Hall, 515 Dryden, Warrenton. Admission $1, children under 12 free.

  • Treasure Chest’s Holiday Craft and Expo, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., St. Charles Convention Center, One Convention Center Plaza, St. Charles. 150 booths, raffles, door prizes. Free admission.
  • Pre-Black Friday Vendor Fair, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Dardenne Elementary School, 2621 Highway K, O’Fallon. Raffles for gift baskets, prizes for students. Holiday shop for kids to buy gifts for their families. Pancake dinner at 5:30 p.m., admission $5 per person.
  • Winterfest Grand Opening Party, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., The Meadows Shopping Center, Lake Saint Louis. Ice skating rink opens.

Santa parade at 1:30 p.m. from 1000 South Main to Frontier Park. Jack Frost and Friends, 7 p.m. at Berthold Square. Marshmallow Roast with the Legends of Christmas, 7 p.m. at Bike Stop Café. Candlelight procession to the gazebo, 8:45 p.m.
  • City of St. Charles Tree Lighting, 5 p.m., Berthold Square (corner of South Main and First Capitol). Singing and free wassail.
  • Holiday Night Lights Drive-Thru, Rotary Park, Wentzville, opens for the season. $8 per vehicle up to six passengers, $1 per additional. Open Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., November 25 – December 11; open nightly from December 15 to December 30. Closed December 25. Walk-through on December 5.
  • Celebration of Lights, Fort Zumwalt Park, O’Fallon, opens for the season and runs through December 30. Closed Christmas Day, closed to vehicle traffic on Mondays. Hours: Sunday, Tuesday through Thursday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. $10 per car, $7 on Tuesdays. $1 off with canned food donation.

Monday, December 5

  • Holiday Night Lights Walk-Through, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Rotary Park, Wentzville. Stroll through a one-mile display, then enjoy refreshments and photos with Santa. $3 in advance, $5 at the door.
