The long-awaited Stone Summit Steak and Seafood announced this week that it will open in Wentzville Bluffs in early June.
In a press release, Director of Marketing Justin Boyd said that finishing touches at the upscale, rustic-chic steakhouse were just about complete. “We are excited to finish up the physical structure and open our doors to the great people of Wentzville and the surrounding areas,” he said.
General Manager Aaron Duckworth and Executive Chef Patrick Viehmann are working closely with local suppliers to select the finest ingredients and adding the finishing touches to the full menu, which should be available on the restaurant’s website in mid-May.
“The restaurant will be just what this area has been missing” Boyd said. “If the excitement and feedback we have received from social media is any indication, Wentzville is hungry and ready to have dinner with us! We could not be more excited to come to the area and meet our new neighbors.”
Stone Summit Steak and Seafood plans to feature top-quality, locally sourced beef, pork, fish and produce, plus a wide selection of craft beer, fine wines and signature cocktails. As another dining option, Summit Selections will offer a full meal including a salad for a single price that will appeal to budget-conscious diners.
The 9,000 square foot restaurant will seat more than 300 in five dining areas.
Stone Summit Steak and Seafood is located at 17 Cliff View Drive, easily accessed and visible from Interstate 70 just west of the I-70 and I-64 interchange. Menu updates and news about the opening date will be available on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
