Three people were injured early Friday morning after a driver attempted to pass in a no-passing zone on Highway N.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Kaine A. Taylor, 21, of St. Charles, was eastbound on Highway N east of Falling Leaf Drive.

All three were taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by ambulance.
