Cyber Safety Summit Set for Saturday, January 20

The Fort Zumwalt School District is partnering with the St. Charles County Police Department to present a Cyber Safety Summit on Saturday, January 20 at Fort Zumwalt North High School.

The purpose of the summit is to provide information and resources to guide students and parents “toward a safer digital path.”

The Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the St. Charles County Police Department, the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney, Crider Center, and Fort Zumwalt school psychologist Dr. Jerry Cox will be holding sessions for parents and students age 12 and over about the role of the internet in daily life.

The event is free, but space is limited so reservations are encouraged. Seats can be reserved online.

Lunch will be available for purchase from the Twisted Tacos food truck.
