Crossroads Arts Council is offering one-day holiday paper crafts workshops at Green Lantern Senior Center, 506 South Linn Street in Wentzville.

Make and take home gifts to give your loved ones this Holiday season (or keep for yourself- we won’t tell!). We will be making three gifts in this class. Class limit 12 people. $22.00 per person.
‘Tis the Season
Sunday, December 1
Create neat little gift card holders, treat boxes, and Holiday cards at this workshop. Class limit 12 people. $20.00 per person.
Last-Minute Holiday Stuff
Sunday, December 15
Wrap up your Holiday gifts with coordinating gift bags with tags, bottle tags, treat bags with tags and gift card holders at this workshop. Show off your art on the outside! Class limit 12 people. $15.00 per person.
Crossroads Arts Council is also offering a Quick Start Tapestry Class for beginners, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Weaver Sally Vikman will be teaching the class for three consecutive Tuesday evenings, January 28, February 4, and February 11, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Location is TBD.
Participants will learn how to warp a loom and the basic techniques of tapestry, and will be able to create their own unique Valentine tapestry. Cost is $150 for all three sessions, plus $30 purchase fee for loom (unless you have your own loom). For more information or to preregister, contact Sally Vikman at sjvikman@gmail.com. Sally’s artwork will be on display at Wentzville City Hall from January 27 to March 6, 2020.
